Stanmer House is a Grade I listed Georgian Manor House and the gateway to the south downs national park. It has been in the Pelham family since 1713 and was sold in 1947, it is currently owned by Brighton and Hove City council.

Join Bev in this beautiful location and magnificent building for a Spring retreat.

We will enjoy our own designated areas for yoga, lunch and rest throughout the day.

Retreat Itinerary ...

10am to 10.15am arrive, gather and settle into our surroundings, tea and coffee available

10.30am Yoga, an invitation to move and explore, an inclusive practice to do a little or more, shapes can be regressed or progressed depending on your practice, open to all levels *please let Bev know of any injuries you may have

12pm to 1.15pm Lunch and cake, plentiful, nutritious and healthy *please let us know of any dietary requirements

1.30pm to 2.30pm Guided walk through the park, designed in the 18th Century primarily by the Pelham family, later the Earls of Chichester, this is a Grade II listed landscape. You're also very welcome to take time for yourself, read, journal, and rest

3pm Yoga, a restorative yin practice with sonic sound, introducing Tuning forks and Himalayan bowls to provide massage both off and on the body offering calm, nervous system balance, and the chance to reset preparing you for a sound bath to support you into deep, welcome rest, open to all levels *sound contraindications pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemaker

4.30pm to 5pm Refreshments and departure.

Price per person - £195

£50 non refundable deposit to confirm your place (unless retreat is cancelled), with the remaining balance due before the 20th of February 2027 (pay monthly direct debit option available)
