LOVinMOTION Workshop Series

Yoga&I:

Yoga has been the one steady thread throughout my life — the practice I return to again and again. It’s not just something I do; it’s what has held me, healed me, and helped me find clarity when everything else was uncertain. It’s this deep, lived relationship with yoga that shapes how I teach. I’ve worked in mental health care and have spent much of my life supporting others — listening, guiding, and creating safe, nurturing spaces. That human connection, the priority of care, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel at home in themselves are central to how I show up as a teacher. My practice is rooted in Vinyasa Krama, guided by mindful sequencing and alignment, but over the years I’ve immersed myself in many movement and healing modalities — from traditional yoga to Do-In, from contemporary anatomy to somatic exploration. Integrating all of these has allowed me to develop a holistic and intuitive style that respects both structure and spontaneity, strength, and softness. I see the mat as a mirror — a space where we meet ourselves honestly, lean into discomfort with compassion, and reconnect to something deeper. My intention is always to offer more than just movement. I hold space for people to pause, breathe, explore, and gradually shift — inside and out. Teaching, for me, is about sharing what helped me, and watching others unfold in their own time. It’s about planting seeds of awareness, offering support, and celebrating every small return to presence. If you’re looking for a grounded, soulful, and nourishing approach to practice, I’d love to meet you on the mat.

I have spent a long time lovingly gathering ideas, inspiration and knowledge to create a series of classes for You to embody what you discover on and off the mat!

Every Saturday in February!

It will assist you to:

  • - re-centre your mind

  • - switch back from fight or flight to a neutral nervous system state

  • - build daily self-care routines

WEEK 1: ALIGN, 7TH FEBRUARY:

Back to Basics | Building Connection | Trust & Illuminate

Join me for a slow, technical-oriented workshop focused on physical alignment in our asana practice. Using props to support and deepen our connection, we’ll charge and elongate, finding strength from within. Let your hands and feet guide you back to centre.

WEEK 2: BREATHE YOURSELF HOME, 14TH FEBRUARY:

Pranayama Practice | Breath-lead Sequence | Mindful Movement

Experience the power of breath as we journey out of the mind and into the body. Through pranayama techniques and a slow, breath-led sequence, we sync movement with the rhythm of our breath, allowing it to guide and nourish us from within.

WEEK3: LEAN IN TO LET GO STRONG, 21ST FEBRUARY:

Vinyasa Flow |Mindful Holding | Flow to Freedom Mindful Holding | Flow to Freedom

In this workshop, we’ll dive deeper into our practice, holding poses longer to tap into our fear-response and restructure our thought process. Through mindful movement and alignment with the breath, we’ll lean into discomfort to find liberation and brighten our experience on and off the mat.

WEEK4: GREET AND GROW, 28TH FEB:

Cultivate Self-Love | Embrace Inspiration | Nurture Growth

Discover the power of your own practice as we cultivate self-love, acceptance, and freedom from fear. Through inspirational moments and ‘aha!’ experiences, allow the seeds of inspiration to nurture you towards personal growth and transformation.
